MDA's Image Processing division collects massive volumes of data for a variety of projects, archives this data for easy retrieval, and provides it to clients in the needed format.

Digital Imaging Processing Services

Our image processing services are designed to produce results that exceed the quality and accuracy available with COTS packages. Because every project is different, our image processing methodology is highly customizable. MDA has developed many image processing techniques that cannot be found anywhere else, and we're always coming up with something new!

Stock and Custom Products

Regional Mosaic

Many of MDA's products, such as the EarthSat GeoCover Ortho data set, have been created specifically with many end-users in mind. These stock products are able to be produced and delivered to the client quickly at low cost. Other routine tasks, such as orthorectifying and mosaicking Landsat products, have been streamlined in such a way that we can pass on the cost-savings to you. On the other hand, we can handle very detailed user specifications in the creation of products. GIS Ready

It is common practice now for multiple data sets to be integrated within a Geographic Information System (GIS) for analysis. All of our image products are geocoded to the projection and datum requested by the client for easy integration. Many vendor specific and generic GIS and CAD formats are available, including:
