Change Management

MDA Change Integrators ensure proper integration of engineering changes on the International Space Station (ISS) and oversee the development, submittal and change integration of ISS Program Change Proposals. 

Our team:

• Analyze Engineering Change Requests and facilitate proposed resolution
• Prepare, maintain and ensure Change Memos and Directives are approved/authorized for implementation
• Support contract negotiations in regards to approved/authorized change requests
• Ensure compliance with change integration practices

Our team supports the ISS Mission Evaluation Room with direct support on ISS pre-mission, on-orbit, and post-mission reviews and reconciliation activities.
