Program Integration/Project Management

MDA is steadfast in supporting it’s customers in program management.  We realize that managing a project is more than just having personnel in place to do the job. 

Our project managers monitor contract costs, personnel performance, customer satisfaction and provide overall management of the contract. 

Our customers are provided with:

• Monthly and quarterly metrics
• Change tracking and reporting status
• Documentation maintenance
• SOW completion criteria information
