MDA has a state-of-the-art facility with the latest hardware and software to apply to your problem. With over 6 terabytes of online storage, and over 20 terabytes of data rapidly accessible on our hierarchical storage management system (HSM), MDA has the capacity to store huge volumes of data.

Our laser image production facility allows us to produce the highest quality photographic and cartographic products at nearly any scale. MDA's photography lab can take finished digital cartographic products and produce full color, true to scale, photographic prints up to 4 feet by 8 feet in size in less than one day. MDA's hardcopy products are recognized for their quality as well as their beauty.

Custom Services

If you require training on existing technology or custom software or process development, our skilled professionals can provide you with the services you need. We have detailed knowledge of numerous hardware (UNIX and NT) and software platforms (ESRI's Arc/INFO, ArcView, and ArcIMS; ERDAS's IMAGINE as well as PCI, ENVI, and ER Mapper.)

MDA has developed patented algorithms for orthorectification and change detection as well as innovative processes to update existing mapped data quickly and efficiently. MDA's Cross Correlation Analysis (CCA) is a robust change detection algorithm that can detect change between a vector and a raster product, or between two raster products. This software is unique among change detection approaches in the way it minimizes false errors caused by seasonal variation.
