MDA has developed advanced custom interface tools that extend the capabilities of ArcGIS.
For example, MDA's Zonal Analysis Tool will allow analysts to conduct advanced buffering and aggregation analysis on an input ArcInfo GRIDs. For example, analysts may use the Zonal Analysis Tool to calculate the total population that falls within 10 kilometers of a geographic feature. Zonal Analysis Tool also calculates other forms of aggregation, such as mean, range, standard deviations, majorities, total areas, and concentric ring analysis.
