1990 Stock Scenes
Precision orthorectified Landsat TM scenes with a spatial pixel resolution of 28.5 meters.
"Stock Scenes" are precision orthorectified Landsat scenes delivered in the standard Landsat individual scene coverage (approximately 170x170 kilometers). Stock Scenes are available for the whole globe in either of two epochs: circa 2000 or an earlier base-line coverage of circa 1990.
These data sets are comprised of all seven Landsat TM spectral bands and are in a UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator) map projection with a geodetic accuracy of better than 50 meters RMSEr.
- Worldwide coverage of the Earth's Landmass (except Siberia and Antarctica)
- Unit size and coverage determined by Landsat WRS-2 (Path/Row) Reference system
- UTM projection, WGS84 datum
- 50 meter RMSEr positional accuracy
- 28.5 meter pixel size (spatial resolution)
- All seven (7) Landsat TM spectral bands: six (6) reflective and one (1) thermal
- Choice of either Nearest Neighbor or Cubic Convolution pixel interpolation
- GeoTIFF file format - "Load & Go" GIS compatible
