Custom Mosaics
GeoCover-Ortho Custom Mosaics are three band (24-bit) digital color images mosaics constructed from the GeoCover-Ortho image products. Custom mosaics can be generated from the circa year 2000 and/or circa year 1990 GeoCover-Ortho product.
As a "custom product" the customer specifies:
- Geographic area to be covered (any number of juxtaposed GeoCover-Ortho scenes)
- Projection and Datum of final mosaic,
- Output pixel size, and
- The spectral bands to be used in the creating the final color composite.
Because GeoCover-Ortho imagery is being used for the Custom Projection products, the image data availability is the same as that for the GeoCover-Ortho Stock Scene products.

- 50 meter RMS positional accuracy
- Customer specified projection and datum
- Customer specified pixel size
- Customer specified interpolation method
- Customer specified spectral bands for color compositing
- Compressed (using MrSID data compression) or uncompressed GeoTIFF (DVD or DLT, only)
- "Load & Go" GIS compatible
