Distribution License

Summary of Data Rights

The Licensee accepts MDA copyright of the Data and agrees to place copyright notice "copyright Earth Satellite Corporation" on the Data when distributed. Use of the Data by anyone other than the Licensee shall constitute infringement of these rights. Upon payment for the use of Data, ESC grants to the Licensee a limited, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use this copy of the Data. This License certifies the Licensee to:

Single seat

• make a single copy of the Data in support of the Licensee's use of the Data on a single workstation, but not to network or distribute the Data; External Internet distribution is not permitted under this license.
• use the Data solely for internal purposes of the Licensee, Contractors or consultants working for the Licensee may have access to the Data for purposes related to the Licensee's internal use of the Data; and
• make unlimited hardcopy prints of the data for internal use.
• make unlimited digital subsets for internal use as long as each subset file is no larger than 1,500 by 1,500 pixels.
• make unlimited digital subsets for non-commercial publication and presentation as long as each subset image is no larger than 1,500 by 1,500 pixels.

Multi-workstation

• make the authorized number of internal copies of the Data in support of the Licensee's use of the Data on a number of workstations but not to network or distribute the Data; The number of workstations so licensed will be determined by payment of required multi-site license fees. External Internet distribution is not permitted under this license.
• use the Data solely for internal purposes of the Licensee, Contractors or consultants working for the Licensee may have access to the Data for purposes related to the Licensee's internal use of the Data; and
• make unlimited hardcopy prints of the data for internal use..
• make unlimited digital subsets for internal use on un licensed workstations as long as each subset file is no larger than 1,500 by 1,500 pixels.
• make unlimited digital subsets for non-commercial publication and presentation as long as each subset image is no larger than 1,500 by 1,500 pixels.

Agency-wide

• make internal copies of the Data in support of the Licensee's use of the Data on workstations and internal networks; The agency-wide license will be determined by payment of required agency-wide license fees. External Internet distribution is not permitted under this license.
• use the Data solely for internal purposes of the Licensee. Contractors or consultants working for the Licensee may have access to the Data for purposes related to the Licensee's internal use of the Data; and
• make unlimited hardcopy prints of the data for internal use.
• make unlimited digital subsets for internal use.
• make unlimited digital subsets for non-commercial publication and presentation as long as each subset image is no larger than 1,500 by 1,500 pixels.

Integrator/Unlimited

• make unlimited copies of the Data in support of the Licensee's use of the Data on workstations and internal networks; The Integrator/unlimited license will be determined by payment of required Integrator/unlimited license fees. External Internet distribution is not permitted under this license.
• when reformatted into Integrator's proprietary format, make unlimited copies for external distribution to client's of Integrator systems'. Integrator's proprietary format must not permit reconstruction of the Data into any other format which could be used on any other system.
• make unlimited digital subsets for non-commercial publication and presentation as long as each subset image is no larger than 1,500 by 1,500 pixels.
