Operational Meteorologist
Meteorological data integrator to provide continuously updated weather information to commodity traders, importers, exporters and food companies.
MDA Federal Inc is seeking an individual with strong forecasting and communication skills for MDA EarthSat Weather. These services integrate meteorological data to provide continuously updated weather information to commodity sensitive and risk management focused clients, so they can better manage the impact of weather on their business.
The qualified candidate will possess the ability to work well within a team setting and also possess an awareness of time constraints. Basic computer skills are required, but any additional programming/development capabilities are a plus. Night shift work is likely in the first year of employment.
