Consensus Based Forecasts

MDA EarthSat uses a consensus method to develop its seasonal forecasts issued each spring and fall for the following summer and winter. The consensus method produces a superior forecast to other weather vendors and has enjoyed consistent and impressive results since its inception in the winter of 2006-07. Regularly only a few percentage points off in Degree Day forecasts... Enjoy knowing the direction of the season (will it be hot early in the summer)... Will the Midwest be colder this winter or will the East coast be in the ice-box?
