(TSX: MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, announced today that it has signed a contract in excess of $15 million (USD) with the Russian Radio Research and Development Institute (NIIR) to provide an advanced technology solution for the Lutch-M meteorological satellite.

(TSX: MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, announced today that it has signed a contract in excess of $15 million (USD) with the Russian Radio Research and Development Institute (NIIR) to provide an advanced technology solution for the Lutch-M meteorological satellite. The Russian Federal Service on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Control will use the satellite for monitoring weather patterns over Russia.
